You can contact us by email and we aim to get back to all queries within 48 hours. Online chat and telephone queries are also available on a limited basis.
All payments must be made in full before any goods are shipped. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
We aim to ship all items within 7 working days of your order being placed. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Our dresses usually ship within 7 working days, however if you need it sooner, please contact us and we can provide you with an express delivery service (extra fees apply.)
Dress sizes vary by designer, which is why we provide the measurements for each dress in the dress information.

Beautiful brides come in all shapes and sizes which is why we would advise you not to purchase a dress much smaller than your actual body measurements, even though you may be planning on losing weight, as it will only add extra pressure on you and most dresses can be taken down in size, by a qualified and experienced seamstress.
We can currently offer a dress shortening service, prices vary by dress and you will be fully responsible for the length that you provide us with. We will be able to advise you where to measure from. Any dresses that are altered by us are non returnable.
If your dress requires any other alterations, please don’t hesitate to contact us for a list of our recommended seamstresses.
Absolutely! We hope that The Getting Married Shop will be able to provide you with your dream dress, no matter how low your budget may be.
We fully understand your concerns, however all of our dresses are 100% authentic and not illegally copied. The photo shown on our website is the dress that you will receive! We can provide more real images and videos of any of our dresses, should you so require. Please also check out our instagram for more images and videos of some of our dresses.
There are no rules, this very much depends on you as an individual. Some brides need to try on 100 while others only need to try on one. We can provide you with as much information about any dress that you may require before purchasing. Please also check out our size guide for extra information and advice on choosing the right size for you.
Your Right to Cancel - If your goods have not yet been dispatched, you may cancel your order by email and any payments made by you will be refunded less a £20 administration charge, within 14 days of your cancellation email date.
We strongly advise you to order items a minimum of two weeks before your special day as our standard delivery can take up to 10 days.
